Jackie and her family moved to Georgia from South Florida in 2007. This year she has a Senior at Denmark, who has completed the Veterinary Science Pathway, a Freshman at Denmark and 7th grade student at the new Hendrix Middle School! She helped create the PTSO in 2018 as Communications Secretary, and served on the Spring Fling Committee. Jackie has spent three years as Co-President and serves on the Denmark Cross Country booster club as Co-VP.

Kathie has two boys at Denmark this year. She has a Junior and a Freshman who both play on Denmark's Football team. She is also a volunteer for the Gridiron club, as well as the President of her HOA. Kathie has served in a volunteer role since her children entered preschool. This is her second year on Denmark's PTSO board and is looking forward to a great year.

Jen has a 10th grader at Denmark in the Veterinary Science pathway. She has served in various roles since 2011 as Secretary, VP and President at Shiloh Point Elementary, Big Creek Elementary, and DeSana Middle School. Jen is excited to be joining the Denmark board as Secretary and is looking forward to doing all she can to make this a great environment for our kids and parents!

Hospitality Chair- Flo Valdes

Originally from Miami, FL her and her family made Forsyth County their home in 2016. She has a rising sophomore, seventh grader and fourth grader. For years she has served as room parent, PTO leader, and committee chair. Flo is grateful for the warm welcome into the Dane PTSO family and ready to serve our school!

Leandrea has a 10th grade daughter and Denmark and an 8th grade daughter and DeSana Middle School. She is a substitute teacher within Forsyth County Schools.  Leandrea has served on PTO's, LSC, and been involved in many service projects in our local schools over the last 10 years. Leandrea has served on our scholarship committee for the past two years and we are so excited to now have her as our chairperson!
